Kevin Cahill

Kevin Cahill is an entrepreneur, marketing executive and community advocate based in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. He is the founder and CEO of Peak 10 Marketing, a marketing agency specializing in manufacturers, and maintains active leadership and ownership roles across several business and community organizations. He is the owner of Cahill Consulting, a co-owner of the International Association of Wellness Professionals, the founder of Save Cedar Creek LLC, and a founding board member of Cedar Creek Watchdogs.
Kevin Cahill helps manufacturers turn marketing from a guessing game into a precision-built revenue system. He founded Peak 10 Marketing to give industrial and manufacturing companies something most agencies cannot: a team of specialists who understand long sales cycles, technical buyers, distributor and rep networks, and revenue that lives in the CRM rather than in Google Analytics.
His approach rests on a simple conviction. The core principles of marketing have not changed. Earning the right buyer’s attention, building trust, and winning consideration over the alternatives still drive growth. What has changed is the technology underneath it and the specialization it takes to execute well. Peak 10’s proprietary Modular Marketing System™ and Target Market Domination System™ are built around that reality, connecting offline sales data to online advertising and engineering pipeline that scales with production capacity.
Three Decades of Growth Leadership
Over more than 30 years in sales and marketing leadership, Kevin has led organizations responsible for over $100M in annual revenue, scaled multiple small and mid-sized companies by tens of millions of dollars, and helped manufacturers generate hundreds of millions in new sales.
Kevin is also a co-owner of the International Association of Wellness Professionals. He previously served as COO, spending a decade scaling a small online training company into a global, eight-figure organization with a 34% inbound close rate and 97% student retention, far above the rates typical of online education. He co-created and trademarked the Wellness 360® System™, the CORE Coaching Method™, and Coach Launch™, now used by thousands of coaches worldwide.
Earlier, over eight years at Lifetouch, later acquired by Shutterfly, Kevin rose through field and corporate leadership to oversee a $100M-plus sales organization covering the western United States. He led a seven-territory merger and built a sales-rep performance-tracking system that was adopted company-wide, while consistently earning top performance awards. In the wake of the Columbine tragedy, he led a student-safety campaign that placed Safe2Tell hotline access on tens of thousands of student IDs in Colorado.
He founded Cahill Consulting in 2009 and continues to own the firm, advising and partnering with small local businesses and executives at large corporations alike. Kevin holds a degree in Psychology and Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, class of 1997.
Beyond the Work
Kevin’s commitment to systems and service runs well past business. He is the founder of Save Cedar Creek LLC and a founding board member of Cedar Creek Watchdogs, a Wisconsin conservation nonprofit protecting the Cedar Creek watershed, and has given years of service to causes he believes in, including Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, the YMCA, and the National Interscholastic Cycling Association.
An Ironman triathlete recognized as a 2015 All World Amateur, Kevin coaches youth mountain biking with NICA, sails the Great Lakes, and skis and mountain bikes in Breckenridge with his family. Above all, he is a husband and father who believes the best businesses are built when you have something meaningful to come home to.
“I don’t just build marketing strategies. I build the teams that engineer growth systems with real momentum and measurable results. If you want a partner who thinks like an owner, listens deeply, and builds for the long game, let’s talk.”
Kevin resides in Cedarburg, WI and Breckenridge, CO with his wife, son, and their furry best friend, Bodi.
